BEHAVIOUR TRUMPS RULES - AN IRELAND PERSPECTIVE ON CULTURE

Amongst "rule makers" there is growing recognition that you can't/won't achieve lasting cultural change solely through the imposition of more rules and regulation. During this breakout session the panel will discuss this topic addressing some of the challenges faced by firms on their cultural journey and share their views and some initiatives that may help to address some of these challenges.
