*The session will be hold in french with live translation in English.*

Thanks to Michel Sapin, ex minister of finance who had a highly distinguished French political career, France has been a front runner in Europe with the adoption of an anti-corruption law that bears his name - the "Sapin 2 Law". This law has required companies, among other requirements, to set up an internal whistleblowing system since June 2017.

Here are the topics that will be discussed during this interview:

• What is the genesis of this law? What is the assessment and what are the lessons learned from it after 4 years of implementation?

• Why is it so important for compliance and ethics professionals to see these laws as a real opportunity and not as a burden?

• And finally, what would be useful tips for businesses across the EU?
